PKR ‘fastest growing online poker site’

PKR hit an impressive milestone yesterday as they announced that they had served 10,000 simultaneous players for the first time just eighteen months after the 3D poker site was launched.
Simon Prodger, Marketing Director for PKR.com confirmed that a heavy marketing campaign over the previous twelve months (including TV campaigns in the UK over Christmas) had started to pay dividends:
“A year of high-profile marketing, together with the launch of a national television advertising campaign, has left PKR.com as the most talked about poker room in the world,” he said. “With over 1.3 million registered users, PKR is the world’s fastest growing online poker site.”
PKR made its name by offering players unique 3D environments for players to play their poker in. It also allowed its registered members unparalleled options when it came to customising their digital persona.
Its revolutionary entrance into the online poker market has since earned its founder, Jez San an OBE for services to the computer games industry - the first time this honour has been given for such a service.
